My 3 year old son had his first appointment here last week. We had heard great things from many other parents in the area, and we had an absolutely perfect experience ourselves. From the moment we walked in, every staff member was so genuinely happy and kind to my son and I. My son felt totally comfortable the entire time. Everything is “kid friendly” from start to finish from the decor and activities in every room, to the way each staff member acts and communicates. Dr. Carter was so patient and thorough, explaining everything to my son and I along the way, and giving easy to follow recommendations for improving oral hygiene at home. I was very impressed and I learned a lot. Before we even got out the door, my son asked if he could come back again soon, and then in the car he asked if Dr.Carter will come to his birthday party -lol- so I’d say those are signs that he approved as well.

What an amazing experience from here, starting from Front Desk, all the way to seeing the Dentist. Genuinely cares and makes sure you leave happier than you came. Warm, compassionate caring people and kudos to you Doctor Carter because you Model the patient experience so well. Take it from me because I have worked with Disney and improving areas that didn't align with Disney standard. So I know genuine Service from afar. High5.

Dr Carter and her team were so welcoming and wonderful with my 3 year old son. The office is very clean and the decor makes for a fun environment for the kids. Dr Carter was very thorough and efficient with her exam while managing treatment time so that my son’s patience and tolerance in the chair was managed well. Highly recommend!

This is by FAR the best pediatric dentist I have ever taken my kids to. It’s an experience from the moment you walk in to the minute you leave, pure Luxury. My youngest son had to have a procedure done and I couldn’t afford to put him under at the moment so they offered to do it awake and we just gave it a try with our fingers crossed. But they made it so fun. He was so distracted that he didn’t even realize until it was completely done not one tier or one frown. My middle son asked when could he go back as if it was Chuck E. Cheese. This place is special and I’m so grateful our family found them.

We took our 2.5 yo for the first time. We had some tears, but that was expected. The staff and office space was amazing for littles! Everyone welcome us warmly and excitedly. Dr. Carter explained everything really well and was able to do our daughter’s full exam and cleaning, even with the tears. We learned helpful tips for good oral health and all left happy!
